Parsley to detoxify the body

In practice: place a bouquet of parsley in a liter of water. Boil, filter and allow to cool. Drink one cup of this decoction daily for 1 to 2 weeks maximum.

In practice: consume it in herbal tea or, in case of engorgement, dip some leaves of parsley in a little hot water and place poultice on the breasts.

Parsley as antiseptic and anti-inflammatory

Use it as a poultice to soothe an insect bite or relieve a bruising, or as a herbal tea to soothe the cough.

Parsley, an anti-cancer food?

Apigenin – which abounds in parsley – is the subject of numerous studies. This flavonoid has anticancer properties (1, 2) and contributes to regulate blood glucose (3). However, further research is needed to confirm these early promising results.

For internal use, in case of urinary or digestive problems.
Take between 3 and 6 capsules per day, until the symptoms improve.

Precautions:

Parsley is contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation. Overdose may cause vesicular spasm, vascular congestion or renal inflammation. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor promptly.
