William Wordsworth said, "Nature is the best refuge, from cares and worries, daily problems and tension as it consoles,recharges and refreshes the weary souls" Nature is the name of comfort, peace, inspiration, fascination and beauty;has a wide panorama to console the dull and monotonous daily routine. As we are living in a machine age, hankering after lofty aspirations and materialistic desires, we cannot pay attention to the natural beauty. It is nature, which can give us satisfaction and pleasure in this busy routine.

Upholding the tradition, we Jinnah Public School friends arranged a trip to Thandiani, a hill station near Abbott Abad. As the car was approaching near the place, we could feel a pleasant change in weather as it became cooler. At 5pm car reached the destination. It was Thundiani and was as cool as its name depicts. It appeared that nature has clothed the area with green fabulous dress and mountains were adding beauty to this conversing like an embroidered and encored piece of art. Cool breeze was blowing and it was another gift of nature,because in such an environment, breeze is like a wave of freshness. One of the striking beauty of "Thandiani" is that of the water pools. Families and children enjoyed a lot. They enriched their enjoyment by playing with water and this was the most splendid experience, because water was a kind of relief from heat.Then the coasters started journey again towards the peak of mountain through curved roads surrounded by treeson both sides. It took 15 minutes to reach the highest area and it was a charming place. As the sun set started, this picture was captured by kamran. We were lucky to stay in PTCL rest house there, and next day early morning though no body wanted to leave that beautiful place, yet they had to come back, not to home but to Murree but with golden memories.It was a very refreshing experience and it will remain alive in our memories for a long time.
