1.Mango milkshake.
1 Cup mango pulp
1 Cup chilled milk
2-3 tblsp powdered sugar
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
1 tblsp Chopped cashew, pistachio & raisins
Few strands of saffron
Cool-whip or redi whip for decoration (optional)
Method:
1. First blend the mango pulp in a mixer properly.
2. Then add milk and sugar to it and blend once again.
3. Pour in tall glasses.
4. Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in each glass.
5. Put a dollop of redi-whip on once side of each glass.
6. Decorate with chopped nuts & top them with 2-3 strands of saffron.
2. Strawberry and banana milkshake
Ingredients:
2 cups milk
1 ripe banana
1 Tbsp honey/ sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
2. Strawberry Banana Milkshake
Method:
1. Chop the strawberries and banana into big chunks.
2. Now put them in a blender and run through without adding any liquid. This makes good paste of the fruit. Otherwise if milk is added along with the fruit, the fruit does not get pureed and there could be some lumps.
3. Now add the milk, honey/sugar and essence and blend again. Refrigerate and serve as required.
Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method:
1. In a blender, combine ice cream, milk and vanilla extract.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and serve.
4. Add chocolate, berries, peaches or whatever you like.
4. Coconut milk shake
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tbsp – cream (optional)
Method:
1. Blend all the ingredients in a mixer for 5 minutes and then whip in the mixer for 5 minutes.
5. Chocolate Milkshake.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons granular sugar substitute![]()
Pinch salt
3 cups cold 1% milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice cubes
Method:
1. In a medium bowl, stir together cocoa powder, sugar substitute, and salt.
2. Slowly pour in 1 cup of the milk. Whisk until smooth, and then whisk in remaining 2 cups milk and vanilla.
3. Fill 4 (8-ounce) glasses with ice.
4. Pour Chilly Chocolate over ice and serve.
