PTCL DSL service issues, where to complainet

hmm, what are your issues with PTCL ? And what if you complaint 1236 or 1218, and even then your connection is giving same issue? What are modem issues? And how we (PTCL DSL Users) can help each other to resolve issues?

PTCL is running fine but if you stuck in any issue, then support becomes an issue.

I got one more way to complain about your issues, (but first check 1236 or 1218 response and if they are giving well support to you then try this way:

Dial 5220425, and tell them about your issue & additionally email them at cclhr@ptcl.net.pk

I need your comments in this regard so don’t hesitate and tell what are your issue and what were solutions given to you by PTCL support team & finally what rank you give to PTCL.

      sir my net is very poor since 25 days in any downloading i mean when i download any file from net the speed is starting from 150 and speed come down very fast to 13 kbps and it can stop in 13kbps in all times. i hope as soon as possible you send your workers and repair my net plz.

      this is my 2nd mail.i hope u will take action .i take the ptcl dsl connection 2 months ago.and it is not working from the start.i have registered a complaint but no action has been taken till now.and moreover the dsl line man of the wapda town exchange and the officers even donot know how to treat the customers they use harsh language.i have also complaint to the asst.manager mr. zeeshan at the township exchange that these people of wapda town exchange are not solving my problem or had use a harsh language but he has not taken any action inspite of my continous complaint.plzzzzzzzz take action or sugest what shoud i do.waiting for reply

      sir i am from tandliawala.i our city not requierd no DSL conaction.The head of our ptcl exchange say all the people DSL lanunch soon.But he say that 2005.I am very woried.

      I would like to bring in your kind notice that my dsl is not working properly from last 20 days+, i made so many complains but still awaiting proper solution. At 1218some one says my modem is over,(if modem is over then how its get connected some time) some one says line parameters not stable. everytime when i called at 1218 get answer that in next 24 hours problem will be solved, but still awaitng that 24 hours. I have not any regular officer number to write email. So you are requested kindly forward my request to concern department.

      i want to inform u that dsl is not working properly from last 25 days approx.it gets disconnected after every 5 minutes downloading speed is nil ,i have complained so many times but no action has been taken yet it is really depressing once u call and tell ur problem to the operator they just transfer the call to another person and keep u waiting for a long time .ur service is really getting poor and poor day by day.i have suggested this connection to many people uptil now but now i m seriously thinking to change my own

      Assalamualikum Sir,
      I have a problem with my inter since three months. My IP is nor refreshed permanently from your head office. Mant times I have contacted you through help line and also gone through a long procedure by going to exchange but there is no such serious responce. If the problem is corrected then again it occurs after three days. My Internet light remain red and can’t turn into green. I have also bought new modem to resolve this problem but no difference. Sir kindly help me in this problem.

      i convert 1 mb to 4mb but he is not shown on my computer and not shown 4mb , 1mb show.
      i have no any response from your service, please solve my problem and change it in 4 mb any condition, if you not give me any response then i change service on other net.

      Sir i have the same problem as Abid Ali, i am using ptcl student package and wanted to convert it to 4mb but it has been 3 weeks and i havent got my 4mb uptil now,
      i have complained ptcl at 1218, 1236 even went to ptcl office so many times.
      they are saying that ur connection has been upgraded to 4mb but im still getting 1mb speed at my home
      I dnt know what to do and whom to consult cause ptcl guys always tell me that ur problem will be resolved
      dont know when it will happen lol
      i know this mail will go waste but was searching the internet and found this page so i thought to write my problem

      Ptcl Sucks……. I am from wah Cantt and using the 1 mb pakage of Ptcl broadband and from the very first day it was no giving me the good response… i have made many complains about it but no response…. there is a noise in my ptcl line and i had made complains about it but these fucking ppls gives me no response….. if u can help me in this matter than send me a mail on my mailing address i will me very thankful to u…..
