chilly chicken with japanese style

Serves 2 people
Chilly chicken with Japanese Ramen noodles.
Ingredients
- 1 pack of ramen noodles
- 3 tsp peanut oil
- 2 cloves of garlic(chopped)
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 chopped green chilly
- 1 small chopped capsicum
- 1 chopped red onion
- 1 chopped spring onion
- 1 chopped carrots
- 1 chicken breast
- 2 tsp soy souce
- few balck pepper, crushed
- salt to taste
- few leaves of coriander
- 2 tsp chilly oil
Directions
- Heat a deep pan with oil,add red onion,garlic, ginger,carrot,chilly, stir & season until vegitables becomes soften.
- Now add 4 cup of water, soy souce, salt & black pepper & allow water to boil.(it needs 10 min)
- Put a sieve on to another deep pan, pour all broth in that seive. keep aside all solids & pour the broth in to same pan for boiling again.
- Once broth start boiling ,add chicken breast & allow to cook it on slow heat for next 7-10min (or until the breast become soft).
- Then remove only breast from broth, set breast aside & continue boiling broth once again.
- Add ramen noodles in the broth, cook them for 2-3 min only. be careful not to overcook them. drain excess broth from noodles.
- Meanwhile slice the chicken breast in to thin pieces.
- Now take serving dish or bowl, first add cooked noodles, then chicken slices,all the solid drained from the broth,coriander leaves, capsicum slices & spring onion.
- Then drizzel the chily oil & serve.(reamining broth from noodles can also be serve, depend upon choice)
